Saguaro Canyon is located just south of Chandler Municipal Airport in Chandler, Arizona. Built by Richmond American from 2002 through 2004, this modest upper-middle-class community boasts numerous grassy parks, walking paths, shaded picnic areas, and playgrounds for families to enjoy. Average home prices fall in the $240,000 range, with home sizes averaging approximately 2600 square-feet, though some houses can range from as small as 1300 square-feet up to nearly 4000. The community is framed by Ocotillo Road to the south, Cooper Road to the east, and McQueen Road to the west.

Saguaro Canyon is part of the Chandler Unified School District; Santan Elementary and Middle Schools are just a mile south, while Basha High School is approximately four miles southeast. When it comes to shopping or dinner cravings, Crossroads Towne Center features 80-plus stores/restaurants, and it's approximately five miles to the north, located next to Loop 202. Golf enthusiasts, however, will head in the opposite direction to Bear Creek Golf Course, which is just a couple miles to the southwest. Saguaro Canyon is presided over by the Saguaro Canyon Homeowners Association, managed by Associated Asset Management.
